Kaiti’s Cajuns! 1 cup water 1 cup white vinegar 1 cup apple cider vinegar 3 cloves of garlic 2 tsp. sea salt 1 1/2 tbsp. of cajun seasoning (I use the kind from Whole Foods bulk bins) healthy squeeze of local honey Stuff a 32 oz. sterilized mason jar super full of fresh green beans, toss in the chopped up garlic cloves Heat the water, vinegars, salts, honey, and seasonings in a pot on medium heat for a few minutes (doesn’t need to be boiling, but should be heated well) Pour the spicy vinegar over the green beans and seal the mason jar Let sit in your refrigerator for about three days, and then crack that sucker open and put your green beans in a bloody mary!
